How are you?

I have a doubt about homework,In the exercise 11, the solution is made out leather and I thought it was It´s made of leather.

I always forget ask these questions in class.

Well spotted! That's an excellent question which I'm not sure I have the answer to.

As far as I know, they are the same. No difference in meaning at least.

I have a doubt about THE homework. In EXERCISE 11, the solution is "made out leather" and I thought it was "Its made of leather".

I always FORGET TO ask these questions in class.

Hey Graham! Happy new year!

I,ve done other exercises, like Past Perfect 1 and Passive Voice (Past), but there aren´t comments or a way to put comments.
It´s an useful way to remember some lessons before we come back to class.

Good work!

Happy New Year to you too, Erik!

How was your first day back?

For me, getting up for an 8am class was tough. You are lucky that your class doesn't start until half past nine.

If you do any work in a page linked to this blog, just leave a short comment telling me what you did.

It's *a useful way to remind ourselves about previous lessons before we go back to class.

* a useful way
a European country
a UFO
a university

The above expressions are exceptions because of the /ˌjuː/ sound.

an unusual day
an umbrella
an ugly person
an unbelievable story

We use "an" with /ʌ/ sounds.

See you tomorrow.

I see a mistake in my previous comment - made of leather / made out of leather is the same.
