Hi, Graham. How are things going? You can tell that you’ve started to go to the gym. This is a fantastic list about gym vocabulary. Did you feel stiff after the first day?
I’ve gone to the gym twice a week for a lot of years. I used to do aerobic, step and things like that because I think they are more enjoyable than do push ups, sit ups or lift weights.
But this year I decided to change and I chose pilates. It’s really different from I was used to doing but I like it very much. I feel right after a class at the gym and it helps me to keep fit and get stamina when I go hiking. That’s why I like going to the gym.
