I found the video very funny and I don't think that this kind of humour can be offensive. It would offend if it was an attack for some specific languages but they make the same joke with all of them. On the other hand, it is true that it is based on cliches and not everybody likes them. But, in my opinion this sketches don't want to show the reality so they just want to make fun with simple features of the different countries which can be easily recognised for the audience.

I agree that this clip is pretty inoffensive though you have to be careful nowadays. And as for jokes about religion...
