May's mistakes

I've been looking through the comments from last month and I've collected together some of the mistakes. Correct the following sentences:

A.
  1. I had a nice holiday but I didn't enjoy so much this year.
  2. Not only he plays rugby but he also runs marathons.
  3. The match was called off for the bad weather.
  4. He's got the same car that me.
  5. I went for a walk by my old neighbourhood.
  6. What a surprise! I didn't wait for see you here.
  7. I like listening to songs in English for learn new expressions.
  8. Hiking to the top of the hill is worthy. The views are fantastic.
  9. It wasn't so bad day in the end.
  10. I can't listen the radio. Can you turn it up?
B.
  1. The travel took 8 hours. It would have been quicker by train.
  2. What is the best form to improve your English?
  3. I don't mind to watch the programme again.
  4. They told us don't make a noise.
  5. I think it is a good news that they are getting married.
  6. I love Italy. I think is a wonderful country and the food is the best in the world.
  7. She thanked me to be there for her when she needed me.
  8. Can I make you a question?
  9. How about to finish this tomorrow? I'm tired.
  10. I got a fine for passing the speed limit.
C.
  1. I usually go to the job by underground.
  2. It's a song which reminds when I was a child.
  3. I did a lot of mistakes when I was growing up.
  4. For most, the Spanish are people very friendly.
  5. I've had another jobs apart from teaching.
  6. Have you read this e-mails? They are very rude.
  7. Was it very necessary to phone me at midnight?
  8. You must to go and see the exhibition before it ends.
  9. Who did win the World Cup in 1990?
  10. I don't want that I am noticed.

Spotting mistakes is a tough exercise. After a second glance at it, you don't seem to have done such a bad job in the end.


A.

1. I had a nice holiday but I didn't enjoy myself so much this year. (enjoy + object /verbING / reflexive prounoun eg. myself)

2. Not only does he play rugby but he also runs marathons.
