Good afternoon Joseph,

Let's see how I get on deciphering your comment today, Wish me luck!

How can communities better support elderly residents?
Communities must support elderly residents ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶d̶u̶e̶ ̶r̶e̶s̶p̶e̶c̶t̶ with the utmost respect because they have constructed the building where young people live.

Whenever there is a particularly cold spell or heatwave, TV presenters in the UK tell viewers to look in on elderly neighbours. However, as far as I see, people don't give a damn about their neighbours - elderly or not.

When someone makes a mistake, do they always owe an explanation?
No, I don´t think so. Anybody can make a mistake therefore nobody<7b> has to be forgiven nor owe an explanation.

Do you believe people are born evil, or does society make them that way?
Scientists (it is beyond belief that you are still making that mistake) say that the birth, training, culture, family and so on configure the personality, but Ramón y Cajal said: “Every human being, if he so desires, can be sculptor of his own brain”.

Which school subject is especially important for the future?
I suppose that science is the school subject which everyone will have to study in the future.

Are customers entitled to a refund in every situation?

Do easy-going leaders make better managers?
It depends on the place, the moment and other circumstances. A leader must act fairly. In other words - the strategy of the carrot and stick.

How would you prepare if you lived in an earthquake-prone area?
I would live in a single-story house separate from other buildings on the hill of the town. I would sleep in a bedroom with a canvas roof and above the floor (not sure what you mean - a hammock?).

What everyday habit has the biggest impact on your health?
Sleeping well and having plenty of time to get things done is very import for my health. (I'm surprised that I'm still alive)

Will traditional offices eventually disappear because of remote work?
Yes. I think so. They are already disappearing. I suppose that the only thing that will remain is the doctor´s appointment. (Actually, many doctor's appointments are online now or over the phone
)

My reply is all bold again. Pffffff!
