What a waste of wine!

La Rioja's wine battle

Thousands of litres of wine are needed every June for the San Pedro festival which is held the end of the month in the town of Haro, in the north west of the wine region of La Rioja. Some of it is drunk, but the vast majority is used as ammunition for Haro’s ‘Batalla del Vino’, the ‘Wine Battle’ which is held every June 29.

Hi Montse,

I hope that the Greek air traffic controllers aren't on strike. And from there you fly to Istanbul?

As for the exercise, all correct.

I'm going to start writing some things in Spanish from now on. So much time on the blog means my Spanish is suffering.

We’ll fly with Pullmantur from Madrid, so I hope we aren’t going to have any problems. In Athens we’ll board to begin the cruise.
If you’re going to write in Spanish, does it mean we’ll be able to correct you? Jejeje….

I suppose you’re about to close your suitcase…I still have to pack my things.

Ahhh so your cruise stops in Istanbul... I had a great time there; I've now swapped the hustle and bustle for the peace and tranquillity of Sirence. Beach today and some culture on way back to base by way of Ephesus.

We might even go to a Greek island.

I hope you are amazed by Greece as I am by Turkey.

Please do correct my Spanish. It'd be much appreciated.
