Generally speaking, I don´t know if these suggestions are worth to improving our life, but they are funny and the most important thing is that you can take them seriously or you can laugh at them.
For instance, the number 14 Buy a cheap blender and use it to finely chop onions (it saves on time and tears), is funny and it´s practical.
The numbers 20, 29 and 32 are healthy (20 Can’t sleep? Try a relaxing soak with lavender bath oil before bed. 29 Eat meat once a week, max. Ideally less. 32 Connect with nature: stand outside barefoot for a few minutes – even when it’s cold.)
With the number 36 Stretch in the morning. And maybe in the evening,
you can be stretching all day.
For whom are a bit cantankerous I´ll suggest doing what it is said in numbers 52 Say hello to your neighbours and 98 Make a friend from a different generation.
Be careful with the number 42 Don’t have Twitter on your phone.
The English must have a nap (Spanish thing) as the number 86 Nap.
The number 19 Take a photo of the tag you are given when leaving your coat in a cloakroom, is a bit suspicious.
I like the numbers 89 Politely decline invitations if you don’t want to go and 24 Start a Saturday morning with some classical music – it sets the tone for a calm weekend.
Finally, I want to dedicate to my teacher (to make up to him) the number 73 Thank a teacher who changed your life.
See you.
I think there are many small changes that we can all make that, when added up, will lead to a significant improvement in the quality of our day-to-day lives.

The English must have a nap (Spanish thing) as suggested with number 86. (A nap can be taken at any time of the day, a siesta is only in the afternoon, right?)
Number 19 Take a photo of the tag you are given when leaving your coat in a cloakroom, is a bit suspicious. (Nothing to be suspicious about. It is common sense really. These sort of things easily fall out of our pockets.)
I like numbers 89 Politely decline invitations if you don’t want to go and 24 Start a Saturday morning with some classical music – it sets the tone for a calm weekend. (which reminds me - have you changed your ring tone yet?)
Finally, I want to dedicate number 73 to my teacher (to keep in his good books / to suck up to him) - Thank a teacher who changed your life. 🤢 🤮
I want to pay tribute Ukrainians who are fighting against the invaders. They are defending themselves, ourselves, Ukrainian and the European Union. They defend freedom and fight against the dictatorship. The predatory won´t win, I´m sure.
Seeing the orchestra and soldiers playing in the street, a woman playing the piano, soldiers getting married and this girl singing a nice song, amid bombs and refuges, is very emotive.
Let it go and forget says in her song, but it´s not easy. The pianist speaks about a wonderful world, but it´s difficult to think in the middle of the war.
See you.
As you are a lawyer, I will pay great attention to the language that I use in case you might be offended. I have learnt that lawyers are sensitive souls. They are very different to prison wardens.
The first anniversary of the war in Ukraine was marked just the other day. Your friend, Pedro, gave a speech in which he compared the situation in 1930s Spain to that of present day Ukraine. According to your great leader, Ukraine has a world united in its support whereas the people of Spain were left to struggle alone. Perfectly reasonable comparison, don't you think?
